PPI mainly focuses on the quality of components and materials used in the production process, including a visual inspection of the quality of packaging materials and accessories.
Before production, it helps you ensure that the raw materials and components meet your specifications and are available in quantities sufficient to meet the production schedule.
At the beginning of production, a visual check is conducted on the quality of components, materials, and accessories against your specifications and/or reference samples. Thus, PPI allows for timely corrections and improvements before the mass production of goods. Any non-conformity is reported immediately to avoid shipment delays. In general, we will cover the following aspects for PPI:
Evaluate the production capability and equipment of the factory.
Check the factory's quality control capability and implementation status.
Verify the accuracy of production facilities and equipment.
Audit production techniques and ensure a reasonable layout of the factory's quality control personnel.
Inspect the quantity and quality of raw materials and main components to be used in your products, anticipate and prevent any potential problems, and verify at an early stage whether your product specifications are met.
