It ensures that the finished and packaged goods meet your specifications and are safely loaded for transportation.
It is a crucial step in the delivery process. It can ensure that your products are loaded correctly, reduce the risk of damage, and guarantee that your products maintain good quality and condition until you receive them.
Before loading, our inspectors will check the product information, quantity, and packaging. During the loading process, our inspectors will closely monitor the entire procedure to ensure that the export cartons are properly arranged in the container without the risk of deformation or collapse. They will also assist the manufacturer in completing the loading process in accordance with correct and clear work clauses and procedures. In general, the process includes:
Record the weather conditions, container arrival time, container number, and truck number.
Check the internal and external conditions of the container to see if there is any damage or unusual odors (including general, overall, or peculiar smells).
Verify the quantity of loaded goods and record the condition of the outer packaging (master cartons/pallets).
Randomly select and open some cartons to verify that the goods meet the client's specifications.
Supervise the entire loading process.
Seal the container with a customs seal and a unique quality inspection seal.
Record the seal number and container departure time.
Inspect the entire loading process to ensure that the products loaded are complete and correct.
Inspectors will only leave after the container is locked and the truck has departed. During CLS, TOPWIN inspectors monitor the loading process, check the product quantity and container condition, and ensure that your cargo is properly handled. A simple quality check is conducted before loading to verify that the product type and packaging details comply with your requirements.
