PSI is one of the most effective inspections for confirming the quality level of the entire shipment. Typically, it requires that production is 100% complete and at least 80% of the goods are packed into cartons. The samples to be inspected are randomly selected in accordance with AQL standards.
Our inspectors randomly select samples from the finished goods using statistical random sampling techniques, commonly known as ANSI/ASQ Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859, or NFX06-022, to conduct inspections including:
Verify if the ordered quantity of goods is ready and correct.
Inspect packaging, printing, logos, labels, stickers, marks, barcodes, and shipping marks.
Examine the appearance, finish, look, and artwork of the product to identify defects.
Conduct relevant basic function tests and operation tests.
Check the specific requirement points specified by the client.
We recommend that clients book this inspection at least 3 days before loading. This way, if our inspectors identify any quality issues, clients will still have time to request the factory to carry out rework.
100% Inspection (Full Inspection)
For high-value products or products with complex internal structures, we recommend conducting a full inspection: When the merchandise is 100% completed, we will inspect the quality of each unit of goods one by one. This inspection covers product description, style & color, workmanship, quality, functionality, labels, packaging, size measurement (if applicable), etc., to ensure that 100% of the goods meet your specified quality requirements.
